Buff Warrior Cunning
Warrior's unique source of damage is hitting the enemy, but this source is easily disrupted with conditions, hexes and blocks, theres lots of ways of nullify a warrior, all other classes have means of get rid of hexes and conditions but without help for a mate a warrior must just sit to wait the effect to end.
Warrior cunning comes as a way to bypass the annoying blockway of some builds, but fail and its not use by anybody for 2 reasons:
It's loooong loooooooong looooooooooooooooong recharge of 60 secs and duration of 11 secs at 14 strenght
If they blind you, or hex you, you fail, because warrior cunning makes your attacks unblockable but they will miss.
So after the intro, the well needed buff:
1. Make Warrior cunning: your attacks ALWAYS HIT, doesnt matter blocks, stances, ward, hexes, or if you are blinded, for 11 secs. a hit launched is a hit landed.
OR
2. Make recharge 45 secs or better 30 secs, if a monk can use guardian every 5 secs or a ranger can permastance blocks, why i can not use Warr Cunn every 30 secs?
Think bout it

Hey guys, I don't think spikes are overly strong at the moment. What we need is a way for our warrior to be completely unstoppable!

So.... the OP wants to make Warrior's Cunning into a strength version of Illusionary Weaponry? Well... I suppose it would make more sense than giving such a skill to a mesmer.... but still, no thanks. /notsigned

So you want to gimp the other classes ability to stop a warrior? No thanks. I think blocking, blind, and miss hexes are balanced well enough. There are plenty of condition removals for dealing with blind, and outside of hex overload, the few hexes that hurt a warrior (Empathy, Faintheartedness, etc.) can be removed fairly easily. Outside of stances all block skills can be removed or prevented, and a Warrior posses the best option for stance removal.
There is a reason you can't use it more often. A good reason.

Yeah, just missing the point that IW deals +/- 40 dmg and a warrior can hit over 80's. lol.

A lot of skills need buffing, and we don't need these awful suggestions from people who don't understand the workings behind balanced pvp or pve.

And warriors can knockdown, can Deep Wound, Cripple and some other nasty conditions.
And don't need energy. And aren't destroyed by a nicely timed Drain Enchantment.

If the suggestion is so lol'able and the skill is so fantastic, could you point me to a nice build where this skill is used?
Thank you

In 45 months of playing GW as a warrior primary, I've never chosen warriors cunning above any other skill. I would rather take frenzy and hope to hit through their blocks n blinds.

I agree, the skill isn't used that much. But that doesn't mean we need to buff in such a way.

Then what buff do you suggest, or we bury this skill with the hundred others that are not used?
And you are wrong is not used that much, it's not used at all.

Even though I think cunning could use a buff, the problem is Warrior is the most balanced class in the game. Cunning is good(not great now) and I couldnt think of a buff that wouldnt teeter into too good. Cunning is fine, the other classes arent.

Warrior's Cunning is not a stance. The skill doesn't need a buff in its current form, but its lack of use makes it a candidate for a functionality change.
